## About the Role

* Minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite version R12+ including experience with the following Oracle EBS modules:
 + Oracle EBS Accounts Payable
 + Oracle EBS General Ledger
 + Oracle EBS Accounts Receivable
 + Oracle EBS Billing
 + Oracle EBS Order Management
 + Oracle EBS Procurement
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if:

 * Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
 * Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

## Description

The Oracle EBS / HRMS Consultant will support the application management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle EBS version R12+ and a strong understanding of HRMS processes, with a focus on Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and enhance system functionality., * Assist in the application lifecycle management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

 * Provide expertise in Oracle EBS modules, including AP, GL, AR, billing, order management
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
 * Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
 * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
