* IT- Ausbildung oder hinreichende Berufserfahrung
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows und MS Office
 * Erfahrungen im IT Support, Kundensupport, Telefonsupport bzw. User Helpdesk
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Active Directory und Ticket-Tool
