As a Senior Backend Developer (m/f/d) C# | Java, you combine hands-on software development with technical leadership. You drive the development of innovative software solutions, support technical decision-making, mentor colleagues, and help advance AI-enabled software engineering practices across the organization., * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

 * Several years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software solutions
 * Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and modern development practices
 * Experience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
 * Solid skills in software estimation, prototyping, technical decision-making, and solution architecture
 * Experience evaluating AI-powered development tools and applying AI technologies to improve software engineering processes
 * Knowledge of agent-based AI frameworks and their application within software development environments is highly desirable
 * Strong communication, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
