 * Proven experience leading projects, teams or workstreams.

* Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants.
 * Take ownership of SAP HCM projects and key workstreams.
 * Advise clients and design solutions across PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management.
 * Support S/4HANA and modern SAP HCM transformations.
 * Lead workshops and manage senior client stakeholders.
 * Drive quality, delivery and continuous improvement across the team.
 * Support the development of junior and senior consultants.
