 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. 20 %)

## Description

* Weiterentwicklung von IT-Governance-Strukturen, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
 * Gestaltung und Optimierung von Entscheidungs- und Abstimmungsprozessen
 * Umsetzung und Sicherstellung von Konzernstandards und Governance-Richtlinien
 * Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
 * Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Synergiepotenzialen
 * Begleitung bereichs- und konzernübergreifender Integrations- und Transformationsprojekte
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von KPI-, Reporting- und Steuerungsstrukturen
 * Erstellung von Management-Reports, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Statusberichten
 * Steuerung von Demand-, RFC- und Integrationsprozessen zwischen zentraler und divisionaler IT
 * Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Nachverfolgung strategischer Maßnahmen sowie Unterstützung bereichsübergreifender Projekte
