Deine Rolle - Service- und SLA-Verantwortung

Als Service Manager - SAP Operations steuerst du unsere Managed-Services-Verträge auf organisatorischer Ebene., * Verantwortung für SLA-Überwachung und Reporting

 * Steuerung von Eskalationen und Priorisierungen
 * Wirtschaftliche Betrachtung von Serviceverträgen
 * Enge Abstimmung mit Kunden auf Management-Ebene
 * Koordination interner Ressourcen
 * Weiterentwicklung unseres Service-Modells

Du stellst sicher, dass Servicequalität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit in Einklang stehen.

Arbeiten bei WIAG - Gestaltungsspielraum im Service-Management
