**Profil**

 
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in für Anwendungsentwicklung oder ein Studium der Informatik (B.Sc.).
- Mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung.
- Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2/C1) und Englischkenntnisse auf B1-Niveau.
- Nachweisbare, praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools (z. B. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) im produktiven Entwicklungsalltag.
- Analytisches und kritisches Denken: Du hinterfragst Anforderungen und Lösungswege, bevor du diese umsetzt.
- Detailgenauigkeit und Fokus auf Qualität.
- Proaktive, selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise mit nachhaltiger Umsetzung - du bringst Themen zu Ende, statt sie nur anzustoßen.
- Offene und teamorientierte Kommunikation.
