 * Be an early applicant, IT-Support: Kompetente Betreuung der Anwender im 2nd-Level-Support sowie bei komplexen Anfragen, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort

Systemverwaltung: Verantwortung für die Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung sowie die Durchführung von Remote-Installationen und täglichen IT-Routinen

Ticketing & Dokumentation: Eigenständige Qualifizierung, Priorisierung und sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Supportfälle im Ticketsystem unseres Kunden

Projektbegleitung: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, insbesondere bei der Installation neuer Systemlandschaften

Kundenkommunikation: Agieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, wobei ein souveränes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten stets im Vordergrund steht
