## Description

* You will ensure our IAM framework aligns with financial regulations, security and resilience standards, and the evolving needs of a dynamic digital enterprise.
 * Consult on IAM Strategy & Implementation by providing expert guidance in the development and execution of Riverty's IAM framework, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and operational needs.
 * Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to assess IAM requirements and support the integration of IAM solutions across platforms.
 * Act as a subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards (eg, GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation strategies.
 * Advise on the selection, customisation, and optimisation of IAM tools and technologies to enhance security posture and user experience.
 * Stay informed on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure Riverty's IAM practices remain cutting-edge and compliant.
 * Serve as the subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards, and best practices.
 * A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
