## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik oder vergleichbar
 * Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) o. Ä.
 * Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik (CCTV, EMA oder BMA)
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server und Windows Client
 * Verständnis für Netzwerke, Datenverkehr und Fehlersuche
 * Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen und Datenbanken (MS SQL)
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
 * Führerschein Klasse B/Klasse 3 sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Süddeutschlands

## Description

* Installation und Konfiguration der eigenenen modularen Sicherheitsmanagement-Plattform
 * Integration und zentrale Steuerung verschiedener Systeme in den Bereichen:
Videoüberwachung (z. B. Milestone, AXIS, i-Pro), Einbruch- und Brandmeldetechnik (z. B. Telenot, Honeywell), Fluchtwegtechnik (z. B. Assa Abloy), Zutrittskontrolle mit unserem eigenen System

 * Erstellung und Pflege von Schnittstellen für Datenimport und -export
 * Durchführung von Kundenschulungen und technischer Einweisung in die Systemfunktionen
 * Wartung und regelmäßige Updates der eingesetzten Softwarelösungen
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen wie Lasten- und Pflichtenhefte
 * Persönliche Kundenbesuche im süddeutschen Raum, wenn Remote-Lösungen nicht ausreichen
