## About the Role

* Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager (m/w/d) im IT-Umfeld gesammelt und weißt, wie man Standard-Softwareprojekte im medizinischen Umfeld erfolgreich abwickelt.
 * Idealerweise verfügst Du über eine Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z. B. PRINCE2®, IPMA, PMI) oder bringst vergleichbare praktische Erfahrungen in der Leitung komplexer Projekte mit.
 * Die Grundlagen medizinischer Kommunikationsstandards (z. B. HL7, DICOM) sind Dir geläufig.
 * Du hast Spaß daran, Dich in die komplexen Projektszenarien unserer Kunden und Kundinnen reinzudenken und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Eine generelle Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Kundenbesuche runden Dein Profil ab.

## Description

* Als Teil unseres Teams bist Du für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller HCM- und PACS-Projekte bei unseren Kunden und Kundinnen zuständig.
 * Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung verantwortest Du eigenständig die Planung und Organisation Deiner Projekte.
 * Du koordinierst interne und externe projektbeteiligte Teams während der Projektumsetzung.
 * Dank Deiner strukturierten und organisierten Arbeitsweise behältst Du den Projektstatus stets im Blick, leitest notwendige Maßnahmen bei Planungsabweichungen ein und pflegst die Projektdokumentation.
 * Du behältst nicht nur Budgets und Aufwände im Blick, sondern bist auch für das Projektcontrolling sowie die Abrechnung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden, Vertrieb, Backoffice und Order-Processing verantwortlich.
