+ Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation; alternativ fundierte, praxisbezogene Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen technische
 + Berufserfahrung: (Erste) praktische Erfahrung bei einem Telekommunikationsanbieter oder im Bereich Netzbetrieb von Vorteil.
 + Fachkenntnisse: Gutes technisches Grundverständnis für Glasfaser- und Netzwerktechnologien sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT- und Ticketsystemen (z. B. ServiceNow).
 + Soft Skills: Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit.
 + Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose technische Dokumentation.
