## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Diplom (FH)-Studium in den Fachrichtungen Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Kommunikationstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren (technischen) Studiengang mit wesentlichen Informatikanteilen
 * Für den Bereich Sprachkommunikation und Netzwerktechnik wären sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Sprachkommunikation, VoIP-Protokolle und -Technologien sowie in der Netzwerktechnik sowie in der Administration von Sprachkommunikationssystemen wünschenswert
 * Für den Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik und IT-Projektmanagement wäre fundierte Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von IT-Projekten wünschenswert
 * Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Aufgabenwahrnehmung
 * Fähigkeit zum Analysieren und Strukturieren komplexer technischer Sachverhalte
 * Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
 * Hohes Maß an Fortbildungsbereitschaft
 * Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit

## Description

* Betrieb und Betreuung der landesweiten Sprachkommunikationssysteme der Bayerischen Polizei
 * Qualifizierter Second Level Support in landesweiter Verantwortung
 * Monitoring der Systeme, Applikationen und Identifizierung von Störungen sowie Performance-Engpässen
 * Beratung und Unterstützung in landesweiten IT-Projekten

oder

im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik und IT-Projektmanagement

 * Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von landesweiten IT-Projekten
 * Planung und Durchführung von Multiprojektmanagement-Aufgaben
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklungsteams und Anwendern
 * Optimierung sowie Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Projektmanagement-Prozessen
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Workshops
 * Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Sachgebietsleitung
