## About the Role

Tired on sitting at a desk? Do you like to be up and moving? Apply for this upbeat and challenging position with our IT Department.

 * Position will be responsible for basic on-site maintenance/installation of desktop, laptops, printers, HP Laser Jet, RF test equipment and Zebra (label printing) technologies.
 * Ability to work with a ticketing system
 * Good troubleshooting skills
 * Strong understanding of current technologies
 * Aptitude to learn new things

Candidate needs to understand the relationship between hardware and software and be able to work well with multiple projects at once.

Helpful skills will include:

 * understanding of TCPIP networking as well as the Microsoft desktop server architecture.
 * Working with Cat 5e/6/fiber and Wi-Fi connections
 * Internet Security - Remote Access of Hardware & Software
 * Strong Project management skills with past history of completing IT projects
 * Bilingual is a plus
 * Candidate must be capable of moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, * Bachelor's (Preferred), * IT support: 2 years (Required)
