## About the Role

## Description

Im Arbeitsalltag betreuen Sie die Debitorenbuchhaltung in SAP FI und stellen sicher, dass alle Geschäftsvorfälle korrekt erfasst werden. Sie prüfen und verbuchen Rechnungen, überwachen Zahlungseingänge und stimmen Debitorenkonten regelmäßig ab. Offene Posten sowie Differenzen klären Sie in Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen zuverlässig. Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und wirken bei der Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen mit.
Für Auswertungen und die Analyse von Forderungen nutzen Sie Microsoft Excel (M365 / Microsoft 365), um Finanzdaten strukturiert darzustellen und Transparenz zu schaffen.
