## About the Role

*Allgemeine Ingenieurausbildung (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) oder Technische Ausbildung gerne mit einer Spezialisierung in Mechanik/Mechatronik/Elektrik, mit guten Kenntnissen in der Entwicklung von Steuerungssystemen

 * Erste Erfahrung (2 bis 5 Jahre) im Bereich Engineering, idealerweise in einer Kleinserienumgebung
 * Analytischen Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
 * CAD-Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 und PTC Creo

## Description

* Produktentwicklungszyklus: von der Analyse der Kundenanforderungen über die Produktentwicklung, Validierung bis hin zur endgültigen FAT, BoM-Erstellung und -Verwaltung
 * Beteiligung bei der technischen Entwicklung des Auftrags sowie bei der Ausarbeitung von Änderungen am Endvorschlag
 * Kontrolle und Optimierung des bereits in der Angebotsphase identifizierten Entwurfs entsprechend der kommenden Technologien
 * Beitrag zu Konstruktionsaktivitäten unter der Verantwortung des technischen Teams, wie 3D-Modellierung, 2D-Abschlusszeichnungen, FEM-Berechnungen, RAMS-Basisanalysen, BoM, Tests, Validierung und Design-Reviews inkl. Prüfstandkonzept, Realisierung und Nachbearbeitung
 * Durchführung und Verifizierung von einfachen bis komplexen statischen und thermischen Analysen mit Ansys oder anderen FEM-Programmen
 * Unterstützung anderer Einheiten in allen Phasen der Entwicklungsphase & Inbetriebnahme
 * Definition der internen/externen technischen Standards für das Outsourcing von Teilen oder ganzen Projekten
