## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role
 * Hands-on experience with SQL and Python
 * Experience building and maintaining ETL or ELT pipelines
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
 * Familiarity with modern data warehousing technologies
 * Understanding of data modelling, data governance, and data quality principles
 * Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a range of stakeholders
 * Experience working with healthcare, clinical, patient, or regulated datasets is advantageous but not essential

You will:

 * Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes

 * Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across the data platform
 * Support the migration and modernisation of data infrastructure where required
 * Monitor and improve the performance of data workflows and systems
 * Contribute to best practices in data engineering, automation, and documentation
