 * Have a bachelor's degree or higher
 * Have 10+ years of project management experience with large corporate projects (not sales projects) - preferably from a global PMO
 * Must have 2+ SAP integration projects in your portfolio as main PM
 * Preferably have knowledge on SAP modules and processes which will be a plus
 * Bring a comprehensive understanding of project management tools, i.e., Prince2, PMP and/or agile frameworks
 * Are eligible to live and work in Poland
 * Are fluent in English

## Description

In the DSV Group Project Management Office (PMO), you will be a part of a group of 160+ highly professional colleagues. Our mission is to provide high-quality services and manage projects for the DSV organisation, supporting business and group functions in executing global strategies.

You will become responsible for running enterprise-level SAP Finance Projects and programmes within the PMO Finance Cluster.

Based in Warsaw, Poland, you will have access to a wealth of knowledge and work closely with the PMO management team as well as senior stakeholders in DSV. Your projects will be spanning across our Group Finance, Compliance, Business Divisions, IT and other group functions.

Leave your mark on global projects

You will be responsible for managing medium to large SAP Finance Area corporate projects and programs that are linked directly to the DSV strategy. Your projects may consist of multiple teams and workstreams that will vary in size and complexity.

Collaborating with PMO colleagues situated in more than 10 countries, you will:

 * Lead and manage our SAP integration or related financial projects, i.e. E-Invoicing, SAP country roll outs, SAP Upgrades and Reporting Solutions
 * Develop finance projects from initiation stage to operation - following our standard PMO process and governance
 * Manage the project and subsequent task alignment of project members, including potential country implementations across all project stages starting from business case initiation to hypercare
 * Handle budgets and ensure close control of project costs across multiple teams
 * Potentially handle task and time management of external partners, service providers, and consultants
 * Proactively handle issues and manage 'upwards'. This is key due to the strategic importance of the projects
 * Facilitate and participate in workshops, project boards, and townhall meetings where you address a large and diverse audience
