The Role: Your Mission: As our next Epic Ancillary Application Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the application team at Xtensys. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Epic applications to optimize workflows, enhance patient care outcomes, and drive complex initiatives from planning through execution. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, building strong relationships with clients and vendors, and guiding change management efforts that support organizational goals and long-term success.
