## Description

Intégré(e) à une équipe technique dédiée, vous serez au coeur de missions à forts enjeux, couvrant l'administration, la migration, le MCO et l'optimisation des environnements serveurs.

Administration Systèmes Windows & Active Directory

 - Assurer le MCO et l'administration des serveurs Windows (2012 2022).
 - Participer aux projets de migration vers Windows Server 2022.
 - Administrer un environnement Active Directory complexe :
GPO, trusts, réplication, gestion des OU, stratégies de sécurité.

 - Gérer les services d'infrastructure associés :
WSUS, DFS/DFSR, RDS (licensing, rebonds).

 - Contribuer au durcissement de l'Active Directory :
tiering, segmentation, sécurisation des accès, bonnes pratiques Microsoft.

Administration Systèmes Linux

 - Administrer des environnements Linux en production :
Debian, RHEL, CentOS, Rocky Linux...

 - Gérer les services systèmes : utilisateurs, journaux, services critiques.
 - Automatiser les opérations via scripting : Bash, Python, et outils associés.
 - Participer au durcissement, à la supervision et à la sécurisation des plateformes Linux.

Support & Projets Transverses

 - Assurer un support technique niveau 3/4 sur les environnements serveurs Windows et Linux.
 - Collaborer avec les équipes sécurité, réseau, postes de travail, DevOps.
 - Participer à l'amélioration continue :
optimisation performance, renforcement sécurité, disponibilité, supervision.

 - Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique, les procédures et les guides d'exploitation.
