## Description

Support the CEDE Region / Business unit, coordinating technical build and local IT.

 - Prioritize and monitor Phase 1 Go live backlog.
 - Manage Phase 2 Roll Out as PMO.
 - Assist governance (steer program, SPOC setup, Comitology) for the CEDE Transformation IT Program Director.
 - Manage overall plan, governance, and project charter.
 - Coordinate detailed integration plan and commitments, align teams.
 - Define RACI among technical teams.
 - Follow up local integration.
 - Drumbeat and report progress, alert and escalate when necessary.
 - Weekly reporting and participation in steering support preparation for CEDE project management.
 - Integrate upcoming M&A into scope and process.
