## Description

Au sein de l'équipe support, vous assurez l'assistance de proximité et à distance auprès des utilisateurs sur l'ensemble des problématiques liées au poste de travail et à l'environnement informatique. Vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement du système d'information en garantissant un support réactif et de qualité.

Responsabilités :

 - Assurer le support utilisateur sur les postes de travail, les outils bureautiques et l'environnement Windows.
 - Traiter les incidents matériels, logiciels, réseaux et les problématiques d'accès (mot de passe, VPN, comptes).
 - Créer et administrer les comptes Active Directory et les messageries.
 - Gérer les droits d'accès et les groupes utilisateurs.
 - Préparer et déployer les postes de travail.
 - Assurer le suivi du matériel informatique via l'outil EPICENTRE.
 - Intervenir ponctuellement sur les photocopieurs et coordonner les demandes avec les prestataires.
 - Réaliser des déplacements réguliers sur les différents sites de la région, suivi exceptionnel de chantier.

 - PXE / Déploiement de postes
 - Gestion de parc informatique (EPICENTRE)
