 * Bonne maîtrise de Windows 10 et Windows 11 ;
 * Connaissance des environnements Android et iPhone ;
 * Expérience en support informatique de niveau 2., * Sérieuse et ponctuelle ;
 * Autonome ;
 * Rigoureuse ;
 * Dotée d'un bon sens du service et d'un bon relationnel ;
 * À l'aise dans l'accompagnement des utilisateurs.

## Description

Vous interviendrez sur un parc informatique composé notamment de :

 * PC fixes et portables ;
 * Téléphones mobiles ;
 * Salles de visioconférence.

Vos principales missions seront :

 * Installer, configurer, paramétrer et personnaliser les équipements informatiques ;
 * Assurer la gestion et le suivi du parc informatique ;
 * Assurer le support et l'assistance auprès des utilisateurs ;
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de niveau 2.
