Savoir-faire : Maîtrise parfaite de l'environnement Windows 10/11 et d'Office 365. Vous savez manipuler les outils de prise en main à distance avec agilité. Savoir-être : Vous avez une élocution parfaite et un sens du service irréprochable. Autonome, vous n'attendez pas les directives pour vider votre file d'attente de tickets. Le petit plus : Une capacité à garder le sourire en toute circonstance, même face à un utilisateur stressé ! ## Description Au sein d'un centre de services réactif, vous êtes le premier point de contact et le visage (ou la voix) du support informatique. Votre rôle est de rétablir le service dans les plus brefs délais pour garantir la productivité des utilisateurs. Vos missions quotidiennes : Réception & Qualification : Accueil des sollicitations par téléphone, portail self-service ou mail. Résolution immédiate (N1) : Diagnostic et dépannage technique à distance (environnements Windows, suite Office, Outlook, problèmes d'impression, connectivité). Gestion des accès : Réinitialisation de mots de passe, gestion des droits basiques via Active Directory. Escalade intelligente : Identifier les incidents critiques et les transférer aux équipes spécialisées après un premier diagnostic complet.
