Assurer le support réseau (Network Support) de niveau 2 (N2)

 - Traiter les incidents et demandes en support L2, avec escalade vers le niveau 3 si nécessaire
 - Administrer et exploiter les équipements Cisco
 - Gérer les incidents, demandes et changements via ServiceNow
 - Appliquer et respecter les procédures internes (internal procedures) en vigueur
 - Contribuer à l'amélioration continue (continuous improvement) des processus de support réseau
 - Assurer un accompagnement de qualité auprès des utilisateurs et équipes (giving support)
 - Être force de proposition pour l'optimisation du fonctionnement du service
