## Description

Assurer le support technique utilisateurs niveaux 2 et 3.

 - Prendre en charge, qualifier et résoudre les incidents et demandes via l'outil de ticketing GLPI.
 - Assurer l'assistance de proximité auprès des collaborateurs.
 - Préparer, installer et déployer les postes de travail.
 - Réaliser les opérations d'onboarding et d'offboarding des collaborateurs.
 - Participer à la gestion du parc informatique et des équipements.
 - Intervenir sur les problématiques réseau de premier niveau (brassage, câblage, diagnostics).
 - Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures et documentations techniques.
 - Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service.
