## Description

Assurer le support informatique de niveau 2 auprès des utilisateurs sur site.

 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels.
 - Prendre en charge un parc informatique hétérogène.
 - Intervenir sur différents environnements :

 - Windows / PC
 - macOS / Mac
 - Linux
 - Téléphonie
 - Imprimantes et périphériques
 - Analyser les incidents et mettre en oeuvre les actions correctives adaptées.
 - Assurer le suivi et la résolution des demandes utilisateurs.
 - Escalader les incidents complexes vers le niveau 3 lorsque nécessaire.
 - Participer au maintien en conditions opérationnelles du parc informatique.
 - S'adapter à un environnement en évolution constante et à des problématiques variées.
