Vous avez un diplôme en informatique et justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.

Vous maîtrisez les environnements Windows, ainsi que les réseaux de base, et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de diagnostic.
Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, doté d'un excellent sens du service, et aimez résoudre des problèmes tout en gardant le sourire.

## Description

Installer, configurer et assurer le support des postes de travail (fixes et portables) ainsi que des périphériques (tablettes, imprimantes) et accessoires, incluant des opérations de masterisation et de diagnostic.
Administrer les systèmes d'exploitation et logiciels de base (Windows 10/11, Linux).
Apporter un support de proximité, que ce soit sur site ou à distance (téléphone, mail), en répondant efficacement aux besoins des utilisateurs.
Identifier et résoudre rapidement les incidents matériels et logiciels pour minimiser les interruptions.
Maintenir et enrichir la documentation technique ainsi que la base de connaissances.
Former les utilisateurs sur les outils bureautiques et les bonnes pratiques internes.
Participer activement à la gestion du parc informatique : maintenance, gestion des retours matériels et mise à jour des stocks.
