 - Vous possédez de solides connaissances techniques sur :
 - Matériel (poste de travail, imprimantes, smartphones, tablettes?),
 - Système (Windows 10, Windows 11, Active Directory),
 - Outils bureautiques et collaboratifs : Messagerie O365, suite bureautique
 - Réseau : Paramétrage de la configuration réseaux des postes de travail : TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, Wifi
 - ITSM

 - Vous êtes doté(e) d'une très bonne capacité d'analyse
 - Vous possédez une excellente capacité à communiquer à l'écrit comme à l'oral
 - Vous avez le sens du service client et de la pédagogie, TCP

## Description

Au sein de la DSI groupe (50 personnes) et rattaché à la responsable du support informatique, vous intervenez sur le support N1 dédié aux utilisateurs

 - Prendre en charge des appels téléphoniques et les consigner dans l'outil ITSM
 - Réaliser des prises en main et assister les utilisateurs à distance
 - Diagnostiquer, qualifier et proposer des solutions adaptées
 - Escalader les incidents complexes au niveau approprié
 - Participer à la résolution des incidents de manière proactive afin d'éviter leur récurrence.
 - Capitaliser la connaissance en rédigeant des procédures techniques
