 * Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en management d'équipe.
 * Expérience au sein d'un environnement international et matriciel.

Strategy & Innovation

 * Define and execute the local IT and digital strategy.
 * Drive innovation through Artificial Intelligence, automation, advanced analytics and CRM enhancements.
 * Build and manage a value-driven IT project portfolio.
 * Promote experimentation through Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

Business Partnering & Digital Enablement

 * Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
 * Advise stakeholders on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, compliance and digital opportunities.
 * Support user adoption of digital tools and platforms.
 * Develop and lead a network of digital ambassadors and key users.

Leadership & Financial Management

 * Lead and develop a future-ready IT team.
 * Manage third-party service providers and technology partners.
 * Oversee IT operational budgets of up to €1.5 million.
 * Drive investment decisions based on business value, ROI and strategic priorities.
