* Étudiant(e) en Bac+5 avec une expérience sur un poste similaire (Key User ERP/WMS).
 * Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe.
 * Rigueur, pédagogie et disponibilité.
 * Maîtrise de l'anglais.
 * Connaissance d'au moins un ERP
 * Compréhension des flux logistiques entrants et sortants (approvisionnement, production, stock).

## Description

* Participer à la gestion des accès, rôles et autorisations des utilisateurs.
 * Travailler avec les équipes business et IT et apporter une expertise opérationnelle WMS.
 * Identifier les besoins en formation et transférer votre savoir-faire aux utilisateurs finaux.
 * Contribuer aux diagnostics d'incidents et à leur résolution.
 * Contribuer à l'optimisation des workflows
 * Participer à la création du plan de développement des solutions IT et à son déploiement.
 * Contribuer aux déploiements et mises à jour de version, en formalisant les tests.
 * Gérer la documentation des processus.
 * Collaborer avec le siège pour gérer le parc informatique du site.
 * Construire des outils de suivi d'activité en lien avec le WMS.
 * Avoir des connaissances sur les WMS, Power BI
