## Description

Nous recherchons un(e) DIRECTEUR / DIRECTRICE SIRH POUR UN CLIENT
Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines Groupe, vous
évoluerez sur un périmètre de plusieurs milliers de collaborateurs.
Vos principales responsabilités

 * Définir et déployer la ROADMAP SIRH en cohérence avec les enjeux
du Groupe.

 * Manager fonctionnellement une équipe dédiée aux activités SIRH
et RH.

 * Piloter les évolutions des solutions SIRH, GTA ET PAIE,
 * Superviser les sujets RÉMUNÉRATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS et
contribuer aux analyses de positionnement salarial.

 * Accompagner les projets de transformation et d'harmonisation des
processus RH à l'international.

 * Garantir la FIABILITÉ DES DONNÉES RH et développer les outils de
reporting et d'aide à la décision.

 * Assurer la coordination entre les équipes RH, IT, paie et les
différents interlocuteurs internes et externes.
