 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
 * Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung

## Description

* Steuerung der Entwicklung und des Betriebs zentraler Integrations-komponenten auf Basis der Salesforce Anypoint Plattform (MuleSoft)
 * Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Integrationsarchitektur im Unternehmenskontext
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
 * Durchführung von Code-Reviews und Sicherstellung der technischen Qualität sowie punktuelle aktive Mitarbeit im Entwicklungsprozess (z. B. API-Design in RAML, DataWeave-Skripte, CI/CD-Pipelines in GitLab)
 * Steuerung des externen Implementierungspartners mit englischsprachigen Nearshore-Teams
 * Fachliche Führung (disziplinarische Führung optional) sowie Weiterentwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams
