## Description

* Coaching und Beratung von Teams, Führungskräften und Kunden rund um Agilität
 * Mitgestaltung und Begleitung der agilen Transformation auf Organisations- und Teamebene
 * Erstellung und Analyse von Fortschrittskennzahlen (z. B. Velocity, Burndown Charts)
 * Koordination von Agile Release Trains (ARTs) im Rahmen des SAFe-Frameworks
 * Moderation von PI-Plannings und Unterstützung bei ART-Events
