* Anwendungssupport unserer IT-Lösungen für die Unternehmen im Service-Bund, insbesondere der Microsoft D365 Finance & D365 Supply Chain Management Lösungen
 * Eigenständige Lösungsfindung von Problemstellungen, die sich für unsere Unternehmen aus der Nutzung ihrer Software ergeben
 * Prozessanalyse und Optimierung der Handlungsanleitungen
 * Schulung der Anwender und Customizing der IT-Systeme
 * Begleitung von Systemumstellungen auf die D365 Lösungen, auch vor Ort bei den Unternehmen
 * Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
