## Description

* Verantwortung für die Planung, Bereitstellung und den Betrieb moderner Windows-Arbeitsplätze sowie Serverumgebungen innerhalb einer virtualisierten Citrix Desktop- und Applikationsinfrastruktur
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung von komplexen Supportfällen (3rd-Level) rund um Arbeitsplatzbereitstellung und Benutzerumgebungen.
 * Verwaltung und Konfiguration von Endgeräten sowie zentrale Softwareverteilung über Management-Tools (z. B. Microsoft Intune, ACMP, DSM).
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Thin-Client-Infrastruktur.
 * Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen am digitalen Arbeitsplatz.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT-Kollegen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Workplace-Infrastruktur.
