Talent Management, Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Performance Management, deutsche Arbeitsgesetze), starke Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in Lösungen zu übersetzen und mit C-Level Stakeholdern zu arbeiten) und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2/C1) und fließendes Englisch

Gestalte mit uns die Zukunft von HR - mit SAP SuccessFactors, moderner HR Tech und AI! Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, die/der sowohl technisches Know-how als auch Beratungskompetenz mitbringt - und Lust hat, HR-Transformationen bei namhaften Kund:innen mit modernsten Technologien und AI Agents for HR erfolgreich umzusetzen. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben:

 * Beratung und Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors (insbesondere Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting/Onboarding) und Integration mit SAP ERP und Drittanbietersystemen sowie Unterstützung bei Datenmigration und Workflow-Konzeption / Konfiguration
 * Unterstützung von Kund:innen beim Einsatz neuer Technologien wie AI Agents for HR (z. B. Recruiting, Learning, Employee Experience) sowie Durchführung von Workshops, Trainings und Stakeholder-Management
 * Mentoring von Junior Consultants und ggf. Leitung von Teilprojekten, * Agil: Du bist der Meinung, dass eine flexible Denkweise genauso wichtig für den Erfolg ist wie Wissen und Fähigkeiten.
