## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Qualifikation zum Meister, Techniker oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in den Fachrichtungen Flugzeugbau, Fahrzeugbau, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, im Manufacturing Engineering, in der Fertigung/Produktion oder in der Strukturmontage/Mechanik der Luftfahrtbranche
 * Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Produktionszusammenhänge
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht-System: Früh- und Spätschicht), hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, prozessorientiertes Handeln sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
