## About the Role

 * Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in VMware / Hyper-V, Windows/Linux sowie Netzwerktechnik (Cisco, Fortigate, MikroTik)
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Betrieb moderner IT-Systeme inkl. Troubleshooting, Störungsbeseitigung und Identity Management (manuelle und automatisierte Updates)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern im Betrieb (L1 & L2 Support) sowie Monitoring der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Design und Konzeption von IT-Systemen und betriebsrelevanten Tools inkl. Planung, Umsetzung und Validierung
 * Installation, Konfiguration und selbstständige Inbetriebnahme von Infrastruktursystemen inkl. Prozessdokumentation und Betriebsübergabe
 * Weiterentwicklung, kontinuierliche Optimierung und Automatisierung des Gesamtsystems
 * Überwachung und Automatisierung des Asset- und Infrastruktur-Managements (Hardware, Software, Lizenzen, Wartungsverträge)
 * Kommunikation mit Kunden und Unterauftragnehmern zu betrieblichen Service-Aspekten, Incident Management und Reporting
 * Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gemäß bestehendem Sicherheitskonzept
 * Erstellung und Umsetzung von Notfall- und Desaster-Recovery-Plänen
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Systemdokumentationen
