 * Unterstützung beim Betrieb eines Monitoring-Systems
 * Betreuung und Support von Microsoft Serverdiensten (u. a. Exchange, SharePoint, Fileservices)
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebsunterlagen
