* Lead and manage SAP Public Sector / PSM transformation projects from strategy through to implementation.
 * Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and support their career development.
 * Advise senior public-sector stakeholders on SAP strategy, finance and digital transformation.
 * Oversee solutions across areas such as Funds Management, Budget Management, Grant Management and Public Sector Accounting.
 * Drive S/4HANA and modern SAP technology adoption within public-sector organisations.
 * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
 * Support business development, proposals and the growth of the Public Sector practice.
 * Ensure high-quality delivery, project profitability and client satisfaction.
