* Bearbeitung und Lösung von Anwenderanfragen im 1st-Level-Support über Ticket, Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Support
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Microsoft 365, Windows-Clients, mobilen Geräten, Druckern und Standardsoftware
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Behebung von Störungen im Client-, Benutzer- und Berechtigungsumfeld
 * Unterstützung des 2nd-Level-Supports bei komplexeren Supportfällen
 * Verwaltung des Client- und Hardware-Lifecycles sowie Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Infrastruktur-Team
