 - Gespür für nutzerfreundliches Design (IBCS-/UX-Grundsätzen) und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten verständlich darzustellen
 - sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse, ergänzt durch die Bereitschaft, Python (für Analysen & Automatisierungen) und JavaScript (für Visualisierung & Benutzerinteraktion) - einzusetzen und bei Bedarf auszubauen
