Das solltest du mitbringen

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Python und/oder Java.
 * Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit generativer KI.
 * Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Chatbots auf Basis von Daten und Schnittstellen.
 * Erfahrung in Prompt Engineering und Kontext Engineering.
 * Kenntnisse in RAG-Architekturen, Tools, MCPs und Skills.
 * Erfahrung mit Evaluationen, Testing sowie automatisierten Test- und Deployment-Pipelines mit GitLab im CI/CD/CT-Umfeld.
 * Erfahrung in einem Kanban-Setting.
 * Ein ausgeprägtes Product Mindset mit Fokus auf eine überzeugende User Experience.
 * Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1).
