## Description

* Betrieb, Wartung und Administration der heterogenen Netzwerk- und Firewallinfrastruktur
 * Sicherstellen des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Netzwerksysteme (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Gateways etc.)
 * Problemanalyse, Fehlerbehebung und Support bei auftretenden Störungen der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Bearbeitung von Tickets im 2nd Level-Support sowie von Service Requests und Changes für den Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Netzwerk- und Firewallinfrastruktur unter Berücksichtigung aktueller IT-Sicherheits-Standards
 * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessen und Richtlinien im ITIL-Umfeld
