 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Beratungen und Dienstleister
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement-Kompetenz
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Durchsetzungsvermögen und die nötige Ausdauer für komplexe Transformationsprojekte
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Fachliche Leitung eines End-to-End-Prozesses innerhalb der SAP S/4HANA Transformation
 * Gemeinsame Projektverantwortung mit der jeweiligen IT-Projektleitung
 * Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung komplexer Transformationsprojekte
 * Einsatz agiler, hybrider und klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden
 * Fachliche Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister
 * Verantwortung für Termine, Qualität, Ergebnisse und Budget
 * Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement
 * Reporting an die Gesamtprojektleitung
