Strukturierte, zuverlässige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität & Flexibilität

## Description

Operative Unterstützung der Bauleitung im Tagesgeschäft inkl. Terminverfolgung, Organisation von Abläufen und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen

 * Dokumenten- und Informationsmanagement
Strukturierte Verwaltung der Projektdokumentation sowie Mitwirkung bei Berichten, Auswertungen und Fortschrittsreports

 * Koordination und Kommunikationsschnittstelle
Abstimmung zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten (Kunde, Bauleitung, Engineering, Einkauf, Subunternehmer)

 * Baustellenorganisation und administrative Logistik
Organisation der Baustelleninfrastruktur (z. B. IT, Büro), Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Unterstützung bei administrativen Prozessen wie Rechnungsprüfung, Zutritts- und Sicherheitsadministration

 * Compliance und HSE-Unterstützung
Sicherstellung von Dokumentationsstandards sowie Mitwirkung bei HSE-Prozessen und Audits
