## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Services
 * Teilnahme an der Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der ITILv4-Prozesse (Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management)
 * Koordination und Überwachung externer Dienstleister zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Provider-Managements
 * Gewährleistung der Servicequalität und Reporting an Stakeholder verschiedener Ebenen
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche bei IT-Service-Themen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Partnern
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung des IT-Asset Managements und des IT-Einkaufs
 * Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am 24/7 On-Demand Call Support
