Additional Knowledge & Skills * Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot deployments and Copilot extensibility. * Experience with Power Platform. * Familiarity with Microsoft Security technologies such as Purview, Sentinel, Defender, and Entra. * Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or in professional services organizations. * Experience with AI observability, telemetry, and agent governance. * Microsoft certifications in Azure, Security, or AI are valuable. * Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. * Ability to switch between strategy and hands-on coding. * Takes ownership and understands both AI innovation and enterprise realities. ## Description As a Forward Deployment Engineer - AI, you will work directly with enterprise clients to design, build, deploy, secure, and operationalize AI-powered solutions in real-world environments. This is a high-impact engineering role for builders who thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, solve complex enterprise problems, and bridge executive conversations with hands-on implementation. The role focuses on helping customers move from AI pilots to secure, scalable production deployments using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, AI agents, and custom AI applications.
