**Profil**

 
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Bio-/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Gute Kenntnisse von Requirements Engineering-Methoden - von Epics über User Stories bis hin zu Use Cases - und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Spezifikation von Anwendungssystemen, idealerweise in komplexen IT-Landschaften
- Hohes Prozessverständnis sowie Kenntnisse in Modellierungstechniken (z. B. BPMN, UML, Datenmodellierung, Komponentenentwurf)
- Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Salesforce-Umfeld ist von Vorteil
- Strukturiertes Denkvermögen, eigenständige Problemlösung und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeit
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, IT Consultant oder vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
